Having been in the property management industry since 2001 , Erik Garcia sucessfully managed several properties of commercial and residential real estate, fully monitoring these assets and increasing their ROI, Erik took a special liking to the rehab process in which he managed a full spectrum of complete renovations. Due to his experience he decided to form Fast & Quick Roofing in 2008 just shortly after Hurricae IKE, making a good name for his company. He launched into the Insurance Claim restoration field in 2010 after working alonside with several Insurance Adjusting firms. He and his wife Linda decided to transform Fast & Quick Roofing into a successful small family operated business. Today Fast & Quick Roofing continues to grow and is a preferred contractor for many Insurance companies and Commercial Management Companies.
